{opt elpp} calculates the Essama-Nssah and Lambert (2009) pro-poorness indices for 
variable given in {it:varname}. 
{cmd:file1} and {cmd:file2} are the files with, respectively first year and second 
year data. {cmd:weights1} and {cmd:weights2} are the names of 
weights variables for the first and the second year, if for example data come from household survey.
