LOC booked for the ETSG conference participants a certain number of rooms in five Warsaw hotels.
They differ in prices, location and standard. Below you may find some information on the hotel and terms of reservation.
Information on public transport connections are preliminary (based on the current routes and timetables)
and will be updated before the conference. All times of passages were given only for bus/tram ride (you may
have to wait for bus/tram about 5 to 20 minutes depending on line and day). Information doesn't take into account traffic
jams that may significantly influence time of a ride. However you may get some general knowledge about distance
and time needed to move between hotels, airport, railway station and conference venue. Some hotels give prices in euro, but some in zloty. We put all prices in euro according to current euro/zloty exchange rate. However please be aware of exchange rate change. It's got only one star, but it was recently renovated. We booked rooms of higher standard (LUX rooms) with bathrooms (the shower cabin, the wash-stand, the toilet), the television, the telephone, the new furniture, mineral water and Internet access.
